Here at Farmers Mate for Pets want all of our consumers to be 100% tail wagging happy.

Should for any reason you do not feel what you have received is up to scratch, then please reach out.

This Returns Policy explains your rights and what to do if there is a problem with your order of Farmers Mate Air Dried Bites or any other product purchased from our online store www.farmersmateforpets.com.au

On the very odd occasion should the order you receive is not be exactly the way we intend for you to receive it – please also get in contact with us as soon as possible with your order number.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns of any opened pet food items, including Farmers Mate for Pets products.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 1-2
days of delivery.
Please provide:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product and packaging

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and will manage all damaged product claims in accordance with our legal obligations.

Allergies and Pet Reactions

Because all pets are different, we do not refund or replace products due to:
– Palatability (a pet not liking the taste) or,
– Unless required to do so by the Australian Consumer Law, an allergy or reaction by your pet or hybrid (mixed) feeding where other pet food products are being used.

Customers must read ingredient lists and feeding guidelines carefully before purchase.

We will individually work through your queries & or concerns to ensure that we all have the best outcome.

Process to submit a return to Farmers Mate for Pets

  1. Contact us at info@farmersmate4pets.com.au with your order details.
  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be returned to the same method of payment as the order

Getting Farmers Mate out to you & your fur bestie

The team at Farmers mate pick, pack and dispatch twice weekly – this may vary depending on public holidays, time of year e.g. Christmas etc

Orders are send out via Australia Post in which we work with their delivery timeframes, for more information on this please visit their website for further details:  auspost.com.au 

An AUS POST tracking number will be provided to you either directly via Australia Post or via email from one of our team here at Farmers Mate.

Postage Fees:

Flat Rate – small – $12.95 incl GST

Free Shipping – is applicable upon promotional activity which is subject to change

We do our utmost best to protect your Farmers Mate package from damage & loss during the transport process.  This is why we choose to use trackable post services for track & trace purposes.

Unfortunately we are unable to take any responsibility if your package is lost or stolen with Australia Post during that process.
